Harry Elifson



CEO/Scouting Report and Education

A native of Clinton, IA and a graduate of University of Northern Iowa, Harry started coaching basketball in 1986. He has several years' experience as a NCAA Division I assistant coach after being one of the most successful girls basketball coaches in Florida high school history. His most recent stint with Florida Atlantic was preceded by two successful seasons at Wright State University. There he helped lead the Dayton, Ohio college to achieve consecutive 20-win seasons and appearances in the Women’s Basketball Invitational.

His Florida background also features coaching Class 5A state championship teams at St. Petersburg’s Boca Ciega High School in 1995 and 1996, and was a semifinalist in 1999. His 1995-96 team ranked 18th nationally by USA Today, was a finalist for the 1997 National High School Coach of the Year Award and was inducted into the Boca Ciega High School Hall of Fame in 2002. Harry posted a 234-87 (.730 winning percentage) high school coaching record from 1989-2000.

Scott Reed



COO/Event Coordinator and Business Manager

Scott, also a native of Clinton, IA and graduate of University of Northern Iowa, is a senior program manager for Global Atlantic Financial Group in Des Moines, Iowa. Entering his sixth year as COO, Scott has helped coordinate several successful events including the nationally known individual, invite-only Future Stars USA and the Southern Jam team tournament. Personal interests include competition barbeque cooking, traveling and attending various sport events. Scott has a wife Kathy and two children Zachary and Allie.

Kirk Elifson


CIO/Web Master and Tech Services

Kirk is a graduate from the University of Central Florida and co-founder of Hack@UCF, the computer security club at UCF, and one of the largest student organizations on campus. He has worked in both the software engineering and security fields, previously interning at Amazon and Raytheon, and as a Backend Engineer for Hinge Health. Kirk currently works at TestFit.io as a Senior Backend Engineer. Apart from computer work he's an Eagle Scout and regularly watches rocket launches from Cape Canaveral.
